Salary: £36,000 – £48,000 per year
Our client, a well-established Chartered Surveying Practice based in Brighton, are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join them. The Building Surveyor will be completing a range of building surveying duties as well as working on a broad array of projects. With this role you will be office based with occasional site visits.
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ post degree experience and will have relevant project experience. You will be working on a range of projects and properties across the UK ranging in value from £100,000 to £.

Building Surveyor Position Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ post graduate experience
- Based in commuting distance of Brighton
- Relevant construction project experience
- working with AutoCAD is essential.
- Hold a relevant degree
- Must be looking for a long term role

- Salary: £36,000 – £48,000(possibly more for the right candidate)
- Car Allowance
- holiday plus BH
- Full APC support (if required)
