Building Surveyor

TSA are currently in partnership with an independent consultancy who specialise in Structural Engineering and Building Surveying.

We are looking for 3-4 Building surveyors for Inspections in Inverclyde for approximately 1 month.

The work is on 5 multis, to review of defects and rain/water penetration, this is post completion of an over cladding contract on blocks of flats.

The role includes reporting on issues such as:

* Assessing the cause(s) of rain and water penetration
* Wind/drafts
* Suitability of components and
* Detailing adopted in the new installations.
