Job Overview

Join our team based in our Brighton office, where you will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls, providing sound advice and technical solutions to our customers. This is a fast-paced role, where you will have the opportunity to either start your customer service career or continue to build your customer service skills in a technology based role.

Training is provided and typically last 4 weeks, you will be hands on with our products from day 1 and supported every step of the way until you are ready to take the calls. All you need is the ability to communicate effectively with customers and be willing to learn about the technology we use.

Job role

• Handle all inbound customer enquiries via call, email & skype
• Handling any sales or returns process requests
• Troubleshoot effectively with customers to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Accurately keep full and up to date customer records for training and quality purposes
• On occasions work closely with other teams in Paxton to test new products and features before launch into the market.
