Customer Service Advisors – Immediate Starts

Rullion Resource are delighted to be working with a large Wirral based Call Centre, who are looking to increase their headcount to accommodate the busy Christmas period.

We are looking for experienced Call Handlers flexible to work between 8am and 10pm over 7 days. This would be full time, working 5 out of 7 days. The days that you work would depend on the campaign you will be assigned to.

You will be customer focused, have worked in a busy Call Centre or office environment, have experience of complaint handling, be comfortable with navigating around different screens whilst talking on the phone, and above all, be reliable.

They are approaching their busiest time of year, so should you want to work additional hours once you are trained, then this will be available.

Salary: £26,000/ £26,000 per year (age dependent), weekly pay.
