Website Builder & Client Support

We are currently recruiting a full time Website Builder & Client Support who can join our client’s small and dynamic team. You will work with the company’s clients to build websites and provide support to their user base. This is a client focused role which requires working to deadlines and effectively prioritising workloads. The role will be based in their offices on the outskirts of Horsham.

Key responsibilities:

• Building websites for clients
• Supporting clients, mainly using e-mail communication
• Client liaison
• Communicating efficiently with the team
• Troubleshooting issues
• Documenting processes

Technical experience:

• At least 12 months experience building websites
• At least 6 months data-processing & database experience (in particular using SQL Server)
• Familiarity with MS Office products, especially Excel
• Any knowledge of.NET would be advantageous

Other skills:

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, team player
• Own transport is preferable
• Good presentation and communication skills for a customer facing role
• Time management & organisational skills

Salary:

Up to £30,000 (dependent on experience) + other benefits including 25 days annual holiday and a pension scheme which is available for all staff after 3 months employment.
