Motor Trade Jobs / Automotive Vacancies: Warranty Administrator Required For Volume Main Dealer.

Our client a Main Dealer Group in the South Greater Manchester area is currently looking to hire an experienced Warranty Administrator for their busy Dealership.

You will ideally live within the South Greater Manchester area or be able to travel to the South Greater Manchester area on a daily basis. Experience within the warranty department and up-to-date knowledge of warranty procedures and documentation would be desirable but not essential. As well as being computer literate, you will also have a proven track record of producing work to a high standard of accuracy. Pinnacle experience would also be desirable but not essential.

Duties Include:
* Maintaining good working relationships between customers, dealerships and manufacturers
* Scheduling warranty payments and procedures
* Following up warranty issues
* Maintaining an up to date status on all requested certifications and licences
* Acknowledging all guidelines and policies
* Answering warranty related queries

Skills Required:
* A professional appearance
* Good organisational skills
* Good communication skills
* An ability to prioritise workload
* An ability to work as part of a team and on your own
* An eye for detail

The successful candidate’s responsibility will be to produce claims for work covered by a form of insurance guarantee or warranty, for submission to the manufacturer or appropriate company for payment.
You will be expected to provide a professional administration service that contributes to complete customer satisfaction.
