Our Main Dealer Client requires an experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator for their team based in North West London.

Salary: £27,600Per Annum
Hours: Monday- Friday 8am-6pm, Saturdays on a Rota 9am-1pm

The role requires the successful candidate to:
Prepare and maintain the customer service files,
Handle customers and provide a typing service to the department,
Produce customer invoices and job cards, to prepare and maintain customer service files for new and used vehicles to the standard advised by the Manager,
To prepare, maintain and operate, in conjunction with the Manager and Service Executive, the service follow up system,
To complete daily / weekly workshop figures as required,
To provide a typing service to the department,
To complete other documentation associated with the Service operations as required,
To carry out other typing duties as requested.

This is very hands-on role and the person appointed will:
Have excellent administration skills,
Be able to provide outstanding customer service,
Have excellent communication, organisation and inter-personal skills,
Have good attention to detail, be flexible and be able to comply with all company and manufacturer’s disciplines and procedures.

Main Car Dealer motor trade experienced as a Warranty Administrator is essential to the role.
