Warranty Controller

Salary: £28,800 – £31,200 per year

Total Vehicle Solutions Group are experiencing a huge period of growth and have a fantastic order book for 2022 already.

With four sites based across the UK, and over 50 years of combined trading history within the commercial vehicle market, they are synonymous with the design, manufacture and delivery of a wide range of solutions to the construction, logistics and commercial fleet market.

As part of their ongoing commitment to demonstrating exemplary service throughout their customer base, they are looking to hire an additional Warranty Controller to their Customer Relations Team.

Reporting into the Customer Relations Director, and based at our main UK Operations site in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders and take responsibility for the effective identification and processing of warranty work across the group.

A background in the commercial vehicle or HGV sector would be preferrable, due to the nature of the claims and products involved, however 2-5 years’ experience within a similar role is essential.

This is a full lifecycle role, so you will be dealing with customers warranty issues from the initial claim, through to completion and payment – therefore strong customer service, scheduling, administration and communication (written and verbal) are essential.

TVS Group are a fast-paced organisation, with ambitious plans for this year and next, and several companywide modernisation projects currently ongoing. As consequence, individuals who can be dynamic and work without supervision are preferred, mainly due to the need for them to be able to manage several customers at once. Managing multiple customer queries and orders, with the ability to build rapport is key, but also the maturity of when to escalate an issue internally is imperative.
