Client Profile:

My client offers a vibrant, friendly and fast-paced environment. I am currently recruiting for a Virtual Receptionist to manage their customer call volume and provide administrative and customer support. This role is closing at the end of September 2015 and there are multiple opportunities to fill this vacancy.

Role Description:

This is a straightforward, yet fast paced role, within which you will have the opportunity to develop a wide spectrum of customer support skills.

– You will answer all calls that are presented within a timely manner representing the relevant brands/companies.
– Qualify the customers needs and ensure the customer reaches there destination i.e. warm transfer customer to relevant department
– Act as facilitator between the customer and desired location if not available – taking accurate messages and ensuring delivery and conclusion.

Person Specification:

The successful candidate for the Virtual Receptionist will have previous reception or professional telephony experience. You will also be computer literate and have basic MS outlook, excel, word experience. You will also have previous customer service experience as it will be key that you deliver a professional telephone manner under pressure.
