Arabic Speaking Receptionist – Temp

Salary: £26,000 per year

We urgently seek an Arabic speaking Receptionist for an initial 3 month contract to join and Bank, based in London.

You will be required to work Monday to Friday in their London Offices.

Core responsibilities will include but are not limited to:-

Receptions Duties:
• Operate the switchboard. Direct all incoming calls to the appropriate teams and take comprehensive messages when needed
• Handle difficult calls / visitors and escalate only when necessary. This includes handling calls/complaints from overseas clients
• Escalate client’s queries to relevant departments only when necessary.
• Client calls/ complaints
• Organise and distribute incoming and outgoing post and all couriered documents
• Maintain booking log for meeting rooms, ensuring rooms are presentable with IT equipment in working order
• Log and record all third party invoices and forward to line manager

Administrative Duties
• Printing, Faxing, arranging personal travel
• Creating presentations for other departments
• Preparing official Bank letters
• Printing and distributing of reports,
• Printing and posting of Client statements (daily, monthly, quarterly and annually)
• Assisting Line Manager and Administrative Assistant with regulatory mail outs to Customers

Skills & Experience Required:

• Vocational Education with at least 3 year’s industry experience
• Have a secretarial and administrative mind-set
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Arabic speaker desirable
• Be very professional, presentable and a good communicator
• Be very flexible working extra hours when needed and assisting the wider team
• Have experience with answering phones and speaking to high net worth individuals
• Good interpersonal skills and an able team player
• Happy to take on smaller tasks such as refilling printers with paper, statements in envelopes, filling up hand sanitiser stations etc.
