Validation Leader / Validation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Validation Leader / Validation Specialist – earn up to £44.76 per hour plus benefits (PAYE) or £48.30 per hour (LTD)

Act as a Subject Matter Expert for one or more specific areas in Primary Operations: Process Validation, Equipment Validation, Water Systems, Cleaning and/or CSV
Ensure the correct application of the validation quality systems in the field and to define improvements as required
Support the production and technical teams in the implementation of the validation activities
Review and approve validation documents
Write and implement validation system documents as required
Ensure validation deviation is adequately managed

Qualifications / Skills / Experience:

Essential:

Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
Science or engineering based degree or equivalent experience
Extensive understanding of the validation lifecycle and how it can be applied efficiently whilst remaining compliant
Comprehensive knowledge of the regulatory requirements for areas of expertise
Experience of the impact of technical changes on quality
Strong understanding of quality, safety and environmental regulatory requirements
Working knowledge of relevant site systems such as MERPS, Novamanage
Excellent Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Good teamworking skills in cross functional relationships
Mentoring and training skills in validation activities
Track record of planning and managing workloads to meet tight deadlines
Good presentation skills
