Transport Customer Service Advisor

Our client is a well known logistics company who are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team, based in North Tyneside.

The role aim is to improve customer service experience within their business, specialising in the pallet network.
The specigfications of the role are to comunicate daily with the client base, tracking theit consignments through the live tracking system, ensuring delovery on time and any issues are resolved quickly.

The successfuil candidate will be reporting into the Transport Manager, and working in an office of 12 people.

The successful candidate will have a excellent communocation skills, with proven experience of working in a fast paced working environment.

Full training is given on the logistics system, but good knowledge of MS Office is required. Proven experience of working with customers and problem solving is also essencial.
