Training Project Manager – Home Based

Exciting and challenging role with a well-established leader in the training solutions arena. This is about managing imaginative and innovative learning projects of a variety of sizes. Not only managing the projects but helping to shape and implement the right solutions for your clients and being the primary point of contact for the entire training project life cycle. There will be regular travel to client sites across the UK.

About the Training Project Manager role

*Responsible for managing all training project deliverables
*Collaborate on defining the appropriate client learning solutions
*Be responsible for providing the client with honest advice, direction and guidance in relation to their training approach and strategy
*Consulting with clients regarding project scope, kick off meetings, training needs analysis etc.,
*Managing and developing stakeholder relationships at all levels with allocated clients
*Working with sales teams on sales bids, proposals etc.
*Being the primary point of contact in terms of the relationship between the client and business
*Creating high quality training project documentation
*Managing and motivating the training project team members for each training and e-learning project
*Travelling throughout the UK including overnight stays to support client engagements or training deployments

About You

*Minimum of two years within a project management role involving training, e-learning and/or blended learning
*Proven experience running and completing successful training projects
*Client facing experience within a project management role
*Adept at working with key stakeholders within both clients and the business
*Experience of defining appropriate and bespoke training solutions for clients
