Salary: £42,000 – £60,000 per year
Our client, a leading facilities management contractor, are reviewing and improving their finance processes and as part of this improvement programme a Training Manager is needed to support several workstreams on all their requirements for training activities. The Training Manager will manage the training for face to face, online and blended learning and additionally, update/create e-learning training materials for their NAV finance system.
As the Training Manager your primary focus will be on the design, creation and implementation of a standard suite of e-learning and supporting training/guidance materials, including the project management of the production, logistics and delivery of scheduled training sessions, training effectiveness analysis, and training completion reporting.
Required experience, skills and attributes:
* Significant experience in the production of elearning materials for Finance processes
* Experience of creation and delivery (Face to Face) of training
* Experience and knowledge of core finance processes
* Experience working with finance related training
* Professional, committed, pro-active and able to use own initiative
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships
* Ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and work independently
* A high level of computer literacy, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Financial systems
* Experience of project working and matrix environments
* Strong process awareness
* Knowledge of NAV finance system or equivalent
* Preferred: Experience of using iSpring for the creation of elearning
