Experienced Inbound Customer Service Advisor

We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Customer Service Advisor based working at home in the areas of Chelmsford or Stratford. Offering excellent permanent role with flexibility for either full time or part time working, our client are a market leading not for profit organisation. This fantastic opportunity offers a starting salary of £26,978pro rata with an excellent benefit package. All applicants must be available to attend an assessment centre on 21st or 22nd January at the Clients offices in Canary Wharf. The successful candidates will then attend training and induction for 3 months, starting on the 7th March in Canary Wharf,before reverting to home based work.

This excellent opportunity is suited for a naturally friendly and helpful person who has a good understanding of excellent customer service and its delivery. Contact centre experience is preferred but not essential. Brief Job Description

The primary role of the Membership Customer Service Advisor is to receive incoming telephone calls, letters and e-mails in order to:

Update member account details, calculate subscriptions and take payments.
Answer queries and provide general advice and assistance.
Meet or exceed personal productivity targets.
Contribute to team productivity targets.
Meet or exceed personal quality targets.
Deliver an exceptional member experience.
Log and record all interactions onto the CRM system.

Knowledge, Skill & Experience:

The ideal candidate will come from a strong customer service background, although this is not essential.

Candidates must also have:

*The ability to provide the highest standards of customer service possible, delivering a personalised approach for each individual member
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to demonstrate these by telephone, e-mail and letter
*The ability to retain and utilise complex product and technical information
*Strong numeracy, literary and MS office skills
*Work efficiently under pressure while still delivering a premium service.
