Training Coordinator

Competitive salary c£26,000for the right applicant.

Our Client is a successful, nationally recognised civil engineering and utilities company with over 40 years’ experience in this industry and they are seeking to recruit a talented Training Coordinator to join their busy HR and Training team.

Based at the Wakefield Head Office you will coordinate the planning and delivery of our training events which will include preparing joining instructions, organising the trainers and collecting feedback from delegates. You will resource training delivery partners; work with external certification agencies and monitor training expenditure. They also operate a very successful examination centre for partner agencies and, with training, they would expect the successful candidate to be able to administer and invigilate on examinations.

Whilst previous training administration experience is desirable, what is essential is your communication style and skills, your confidence with IT systems and your ability to work both on your own initiative and with a team. Being used to working in a rapidly changing environment would also be valuable.
