Training Coordinator

Salary: £26,000 per year

The Training Co-ordinator will have worked in a Training company previously (essential) preferably within the construction sector. You will be handling calls from providers as well as Trainers and Assessors along with numerous clients, building relationships over the phone and ensuring that the client returns time and time again satisfied if not delighted with your services.
A certain amount of organisational skills are also required to enter paper work and complete funding requests and therefore along woth a great telephpone manner you must also have great IT skills. In order to apply for this position you must have:
*Worked for a Training company previously – preferably in the Construction sector
*Have superb customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with people from all walks of life and ages.
* First class IT skills
