Training Coordinator

Arla Foods is the business behind market-leading dairy brands Lurpak, Anchor and Cravendale milk as well as being the leading supplier of fresh milk and cream to the top seven retailers. We have recently invested £150 million to develop the first zero carbon milk processing facility in the world in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. This is a really exciting time for us and as such, we are looking for enthusiastic, dedicated and passionate people to help drive our brand new site forward.

Within this role you will provide support to the Finance and Admin team, predominately the HR Ops Coordinator. The role will provide general administration support for the team as well as being responsible for all coordination and tracking of training on site. Another key deliverable is being the project lead in the development and installation of an online training system

Some of your responsibilities will include:

– Liaison with all FCF training providers to ensure alignment and the maximum utilisation of training sessions

– Tracking of site training. This will require modifying (where appropriate) and populating the site training tracker

– Management of the pilot project to install a web based training system

– Development of the documentation and rolling out of the training for the online system

– Preparation of training materials as required

– Coordination of training facilities

– Support cross functional training, i.e. essential training, as and when required

To be considered for this position you will possess excellent communications skills, ideally with a background in training.
