Training Coordinator

I am recruiting for a well known and well respected company that are in urgent need of a Training Co-Ordinator

The company are looking for an enthusiastic Training Co-Ordinator to carry out full training needs analysis within the company. This excellent opportunity requires a strong trainer who has a good understanding of QCF system and that has proven experience of training adults.

The key responsibilities will include supporting managers and team leaders to identify talent, plan, produce and prioritise Training Needs Analysis across the services, develop the people plan fro the services including pro-actively communicating timetables, own, develop and deliver inductions, training and competency based interventions, building relationships with managers, producing and recording pre-course and post-course briefing documents and then communicating findings for areas fro improvement and owning, developing and delivering the induction care certificate programme training

You will have a comprehensive knowledge of the whole training cycle, have a flexible approach and have a variety of delivery styles, have excellent time management skills, work well under pressure and will have a drive and a passion for the job.

There may be some national travel as and when necessary.

This permanent vacancy will pay a salary of between £33,600 – £36,000
