Home Carer Needed! Great Pay Up to 40 Hrs P / W + Training, Bonus Etc

Salary: £26,000 per year

Universal Care are seeking domiciliary home care assistants in the Beaconsfield area.

One hour minimum visit time. Private clients. 16 – 40 hours per week.

As one of Buckinghamshire’s only Accredited Living Wage home care providers, owned by a Charitable Trust, Universal Care are continually seeking Home Carers to support our clients in their own homes. We have positions available across Buckinghamshire and Berkshire.

At Universal Care, We believe in providing care in the way we would want our loved ones to be treated. We don’t engage in visits less than 1 hour to give our Home Carers the time to deliver real person centred care.

No experience is needed as FULLY FUNDED in depth training is provided, including Moving and Handling, First Aid and Dementia awareness.
Update training is also provided FREE of charge for experienced staff.

You will provide an excellent standard of care to our clients by promoting their independence, choice, dignity and respect within their own homes.

This will include taking responsibility for their physical and emotional well-being, social needs and providing help with tasks such as:

Personal Care
Assisting with Medication
Supporting with preparing meals
Some Moving and Handling
Support and Encouragement
Companionship

Full certificated induction training provided- No experience needed!
Full or part time hours available
Pick your own shifts – early, late or weekend
£26,000 per year- Regularly Reviewed
Up to £26,000 per year bank holidays
Paid mileage at 30p per mile
