The Role:

Engage Education are looking for multiple Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our Watford office. We are looking for candidates to join our February Academy to focus on recruiting Teachers throughout the south of England. Our Education desk recruits for candidates who specialise in Primary, Secondary and SEN teaching.

The successful candidates will go through a 3 month academy programme where they will be complete a range of recruitment services such as how to service client needs and source candidates who specialise within the Education Sector.

The Requirements:

We are keen to hear from you if you have experience in sales or any role where you have interact with people. Hands on experience in either of these areas is beneficial as it will allow you to identify talent in the candidates you will be trained to recruit.

The successful candidate will also be target driven and hungry to earn potentially life-changing money. As this is a sales role, previous experience in sales is beneficial however it is not essential.

The Package:

Basic Salary: £26,000 – £26,400depending on Experience
22 days holiday plus bank holidays

Uncapped no threshold commission structure
