Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £26,000 – £28,800 per year

The Role

We are actively looking for people with either no experience in recruitment or less than 12 months. We believe that hiring people with a desire to work hard and have some transferable skills from existing roles is more important to you becoming successful. If you’ve worked in recruitment already but feel like you worked for a company that did not provide training, support or guidance in the early stages of your recruitment career, this role is for you.

At the beginning of your career at Your World, you will be shadowing two experienced Recruitment Consultants who will train and coach you through the beginning of your recruitment career to ensure you succeed.

As a junior recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for the source and supply of candidates within the doctor’s sector. You will be identifying and developing opportunities in a pro-active sales environment, showing strong negotiation skills to meet candidates needs effectively through:

* Candidate attraction and registration

* Relationship management

* Support the senior recruitment/directors

* Ensuring Targets and KPI’s are met at all times
