Trainee Recruitment Consultant
DKF is an award-winning recruitment specialist providing solutions for the built environment covering sectors such as asbestos removal and management, demolition, refurbishment and land remediation.
The continued development and growth of the business means we are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
Whilst we would love to find someone from a customer services, telesales or call centre back ground, this is an opportunity where your personality, work ethic and keenness to learn and develop is the most important thing. This is a really interesting role and it will involve many different aspects including;
- Building relationships with our regular site teams and temps
- Using a range of tools, recruiting new people to match our client’s requirements
- Developing relationships with existing clients
- Researching new opportunities with potential clients
- Business development through sales calls, face to face client meetings and networking
- Shadowing experienced members of the team to learn from the best and add your own personality on to the advice and training they provide
