Due to growth, our City Centre Manchester recruitment agency is looking to recruit an ambitious graduate calibre trainee recruitment consultant to join our exciting and fast paced business.

We are looking for a professional, well presented and articulate individual that has a flare for sales, is self motivated, determined and has a genuine desire to work and train within recruitment.

Our ideal candidate will be a natural rapport builder, have excellent written and oral communication skills (a good, well presented, grammatically correct CV is essential to spot in recruitment) and have a creative approach to business and the confidence to take ownership and responsibility for their duties. They will need to display originality, organisational ability and the capability to work with speed and to tight deadlines, often juggling many tasks at once without missing opportunities.

To succeed in this particular role you’ll need to be an excellent judge of character and be able to think on your feet both quickly and effectively. You should also be a confident communicator, as this role will involve constant interaction with a range of different people and personalities.

Recruitment is a very tough job and not for the feint hearted, you will need broad shoulders a good sense of humour and being an ex jugglers apprentice is a distinct advantage! Strictly no pretentious types, pre madonna’s or plodders need apply!

The potential for career advancement into a full recruitment consultant role is excellent and this comes with a higher basic and higher, uncapped commission structure (which is one of the best commission structures in the industry and ranges from 10% to 30% of the full amount of monthly billings; so the harder you work, the more money you make!)
