Territory Manager / Field Sales Manager North The Company
Terra Nova, a leading name in the Outdoor world selling a specialist range of camping equipment and outdoor clothing, is looking for a regional sales manager for the North of England / Scotland with a proven and consistent track record of selling to retailers / distributors with an emphasis on growing existing accounts and developing new business. Proven business acumen and the ability to develop profitable sales is essential.
Territory Manager / Field Sales Manager North The Role
The role will report to the Sales Director and will be home based with occasional visits to their offices in the East Midlands and will involve a mix of field based sales visits and telephone contact with both existing retailer accounts and new prospects and you will be targeted on developing existing accounts as well as winning new business.
You will be selling the companys full product range of products to independent retailers and some key accounts throughout the North of England and Scotland covering an area North of Birmingham.
Although predominantly office hours, the role will also involve occasional weekend work, attending trade shows. The role requires someone who is flexible, self-motivated and enthusiastic about outdoor products.

We are looking for the following skills/experience:
A consistent work history. (Maximum 3 jobs in last ten years excluding redundancy)
A consistent and proven history of hitting sales targets
Experience of selling to retailers/ distributors
A strong interest in the outdoors / camping / walking scene would be a distinct advantage.
