Tenant Liaison Officer

An experience tenant liaison officer is required for an on going temporary position in Tyne and Wear. The role is full time Monday to Friday to start ASAP. The job role includes:

Carrying our home visits to tenants daily
Ensuring tenants are fully aware of all works going ahead
Holding tenant events
Reporting into the site manager and assisting to any administration tasks required
Carrying out health and safety checks
Working between multiple sites
Dealing with complaints and inquiries from tenants The successful candidate must:

Have previous experience in a housing role
Hold a valid cscs card
Hold a full driving license and access to own transport
Have excellent customer service and communication skills to avoid disappointment
