Salary: £26,000 – £28,080 per year

This challenging and exciting opportunity requires an individual with demonstrable hands on experience in the role of a Tenant – Resident Liaison Officer.

Due to the recent award of a significant framework contracts in and around Leeds, West Yorkshire, and a dedication to continued profitable, ambitious and long-term growth across the UK, our client is now seeking to appoint a Tenant – Resident Liaison Officer.

The Role

* Develop positive relationships with residents

* Interact with residents and ensure resident satisfaction

* Help plan and deliver literature for residents

* Ensure disruption to residents is kept to a minimum and that they are satisfied with

the works carried out

* Manage and resolve difficulties and complaints regarding the works by liaising with

* all parties involved

* Maintenance of accurate records, files and incoming documents that relate to Tenant – Resident liaison functions

* Investigate and resolve any complaints or claims received from residents

* Working closely with site management to ensure data is recorded efficiently and accurately

* Act as the main point of contact and deal with any problems/queries that residents may have

* Attend resident and communication events, open days, meetings and conferences

* Monitor customer complaints and resolve any potential issues

* Carry out and monitor Surveys

* Attend daily and weekly site team management meetings, and meet with contractors

* Conduct pre-entry visits and company inductions

* Involved in the efficient management of H&S and QA systems

* Manage and prioritize projects according to tight timelines, to report on activity across

projects to ensure deadlines are achieved

* Liaise with tenants and provide support and information when required

The Person

* At least 2 years Tenant – Resident Liaison Officer experience or equivalent

* You must have demonstrable experience of working within a Tenant or Resident Liaison role

* Outgoing and able to communicate at all levels

* A high level of confidentiality, tact and diplomacy

* Good IT Skills, including Microsoft Office, and a full UK driving licence

* Confident manner, with ability to work to deadlines, whilst remaining focussed

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* A good communicator able to deal with a range of people, tasks and obligations

* Able to work under pressure and on your own initiative

* Able to prioritise own workload and produce monthly reports

* Excellent customer service experience
