My client is a multi national building contractor who specialise in the social housing market. They have a new vacancy for a Resident Liaison Officer to join their team in North West London. The reason for the role is expansion of the company.
As the Resident Liaison Officer you will be an important part of the construction team, some of the responsibilities will be developing strong working relationships with residents and client representatives, carrying out resident visits prior to work commencing, administration and seeking continuous improvement of procedures. You will be based on a site in North West London and may have the chance to travel to other sites in London.
This is a temporary role for 6 months starting in February. The salary is up to £28,800per annum (pro rata) Please send me your CV today to apply for this role.
