Telesales Professional with Telecoms Sales Experience

Salary: £4,800 per month

Selling solutions in:-

* Fixed Line Connectivity

* Broadband / Leased lines

* Hosted Voice

* Mobile phones

The role requires:-

* A driven, ambitious person who will push Business Connectivity, Business Mobile Plans & Hosted Systems services in a dynamic professional manner

* They are looking to build a strong sales team & strengthen their abilities to grow the business, so they are offering a basic salary with uncapped commission plus an annual over target bonus

* The person in mind will be experienced in skilled B2B sales, hard-working & target driven

* The successful candidate will self-source new leads & manage existing accounts, make outbound cold calls for new business whilst prospecting & cleansing data on their CRM database & meeting the KPIs

* There will be a probationary period of 3 months, with 1-2-1 monthly meetings

* There will be no targets set within the probationary period

* Mutually agreed targets will be set thereafter & assessed on a quarterly basis until reaching a required level of monthly business

BDM Commission:
First 6 Months

* Existing Business – 35%

* New Business – 40%

* Homeworking 1 day per week will be available after achieving & maintaining a level of business, approx. £4,800 per month.
