Basic salary is £27,600 – £30,000OTE 60k + car + benefits
My client is looking to recruit a fantastic sales person for a field sales role that they currently have in Washington or surrounding areas. They are offering to the right Sales Executive a fantastic opportunity to become a field sales executive with them.

The Role of Field Sales Executive
* You will be responsible for generating your own leads
* You will make outbound sales calls to pre book your own sales appointments
* You will attend SMEs in your location to generate new business
* You will plan your area location around the appointments you have generated
* This is about building quick relationships with people, building trust, gaining referrals for further business and ensuring that the sales process is consultative but not pushy
The Candidate
* The client is looking to employ someone with a proven track record within an outbound sales environment, so this could be anything from B2B, B2C, telesales or door to door and venue sales as long as you have achieved success.
* Exceptional consultative sales experience with the ability to close new business
* They’re looking for someone who is comfortable developing new business, cold calling and referrals from a standing start
* Can build rapport with customers and overcome objections
* Can sell both a product and a service
* An ideal location would be someone living either in Washington or south shields
The Field Sales Executive Package
* The basic salary provided is between £27,600 – £30,000along with an uncapped commission structure. Realistic earning for the first year is in the region of £45,000 however top earners are earning £60k plus!
