Salary: £26,000 per year
We are currently seeking Technical Support Advisors for our client based on the outskirts of Warminster.
As a Technical Support Advisor your duties would involve answering inbound technical support calls, and replying to support emails and other channels (as and when necessary such as live chat or callbacks).
Answer calls quickly and efficiently to the benefit of the customer and clientele.
The main priority is to answer calls, then emails; between these contacts, you will be expected to document for our CRM systems. Possibly leading to checking and uploading of others’ content over time.
Booking swap-outs, repairs, or pickups from addresses of faulty devices.
Possible product testing of faulty devices.
Possible mentoring of new starters.
To meet company standards and benchmarks. Any ad-hoc duties such as administration.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Minimum GCSE grade C in both English and Mathematics (or equivalent)
PREFERRED SKILLS
Great communicator and a good understanding of the English language (spoken and written).
• Attention to detail.
Ability to demonstrate ownership of customer cases.
Works well in a team environment An understanding of Microsoft Office Multi-tasking is essential.
Ability to prioritise workload.
Methodical thinker
Adapt to different customer expectations and client procedures that vary from one to another. Showing patience, empathy and understanding.
40 hours per week between the hours of 08:00 to 19:00 Monday to Saturday Sundays 10:00 to 16:00 on a rota.
A keen interest in technology and experience with electronic devices are frequently found in persons and at home. Preferred to have a background in user-level technical support and/or customer service.
Must have access to transport due to location.
