Salary: £26,000 per year
Brook Street (UK) Ltd is sourcing candidates for our public sector client based in Belfast. Our client requires Technical Officer for a period of at least 13 weeks to work in their busy city centre office.
You will benefit from excellent working hours (0900-1700, Monday to Friday), be able to work 37 hours per week, earn £26,000 per year, and work in a busy team environment.
Duties will include:
-Pre-inspect work required both Technical and policy grounds and issue order
-Post inspect to ensure standard of work acceptable and authorise payments
-Carry out surveys, prepare schedules and specifications and supervise programmes
Our client would like the Technical Officer to start as soon as.
The ideal candidate will have a Degree in Building Services ( or equivalent ) with 1 year relevant experience or a BTec Higher Diploma HND in Building Studies with 2 years relevant experience or a minimum of 4 years relevant experience.
