Salary: £72,000 per year
An ideal opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Coordinator looking to take a step up into Technical Management OR a Technical Manager who is looking to join a prestigious name within the house-building industry.
ABOUT THE PROJECT:
As this is a Site based role, you will be based at the heart of the development, being part of and experiencing the progress of its construction first hand, on an every day basis. The project will consist of a mix of medium–rise & high–rise apartment blocks, whereby construction will be taking place over multiple phases.
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE::
**Autonomously managing 215 unit phase
**Managing consultants, sub contractors, D&B designs, fee structures for consultants and all site queries
**Carrying out the role of principal contractor, which will involve managing a range of smaller packages from sub contractors.
**Working to 2006 Building Regulations, as well as all new Building regulations.
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:
**An ideal position for an experienced Technical coordinator looking to take a step up into Technical Management OR a Technical Manager who is looking to join a prestigious name within the house-building industry.
**Good knowledge of 2006 and up to date building regulations
**Architectural qualifications and / or background and CAD skills would be beneficial
SALARY & PACKAGE:
£72,000 per annum + Pension contribution scheme, Medical insurance scheme, Company car or equivalent car allowance,Company bonus scheme.
