Senior Rtt Trainer (Non Technical Focus)

My London based Client is looking for a trainer.

This is to provide non technical based Training to help all specialities within the Trusts. You will be holding focus groups, group training sessions, presentations, training programmes, and training material. 

Responsibilities:

– Train all levels of staff (from receptionist to senior members) 
– Teach an understanding of how their input effects the RTT pathways and processes. 
– To embed best practice that is consistent across all employees. 
– To share extensive knowledge on pathways, what instances may cause a start clock/stop clock, etc
– Train how to input data correctly/best practice
– You will have an extensive knowledge of the NHS
– Understand pathways within a breadth of specialities is vital to this role
– Out and out training experience 

You will have worked within the NHS for 5 years+ and have an ethos of caring, wanting to make a difference in order to collectively provide the best service possible to everybody that uses the NHS service.

My client is not looking for a lead validator or supervisor. They are looking for someone with vast training experience. Telephone interviews are taking place tomorrow with a mock training session final interview next week.

All submitted candidates will be requested to provide references from senior members of staff who have received training from them.
