Requirements/Responsibilities

* Minimum of one year of proven sales experience
* Results orientated and competitive
* You will be extremely organised

* An outgoing, involving and empathetic personality who can listen as well as talk.
* Passion or knowledge within our industries are a plus but not essential
* Bilingual English and another European language is a plus but not necessary

Initially the successful candidate will be tasked with identifying highly skilled technical individuals, which will be place with large portfolio of clients based around the globe. This will include the individual utilising a mixture of telephone, negotiation, social media and internet search based skills.

After an initial training period individuals will then be tasked with approaching potential clients and selling VHR’s services as an international recruitment solutions provider to expand our current portfolio of clients.
