The Role

* Managing warm desks and promoting the business to reach new heights.

* Sales and consulting with Clients to source the best suited candidates.

* As a team, you will be responsible for attracting new business and delivering an exceptional service to our Clients.

* Undertaking the whole package of recruitment to include attracting quality candidates, sales & marketing, screening, interviewing, vetting, skills testing and legal compliance.

* Maintain high performance levels in your team by identifying and implementing change whenever necessary.

What we are looking for

* A tob-billing recruitment consultant within the catering and hospitality sectors.

* You must have a proven catering/hospitality recruitment background and be a great people person who can galvanize a team and drive business forward.

* Previous experience in the hospitality industry within a senior level and have great catering knowledge.

* Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisation skills, and ability to multi-task, prioritise and remain calm under pressure.

* You need to have excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, and be able to display integrity, be self-motivated and TOTALLY results focused.
