Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £30,000 per year

Contract Options is currently recruiting a Recruitment Consultant for work in a busy Bracknell office, in charge of hiring Catering and Hospitality staff for Theme Parks across the U.K.

You will be in charge of sourcing of all candidates, including placing job ads, searching CVs, making calls to potential candidates, conducting interviews and assisting candidates through registration process, briefing on job requirements, etc. 

Candidates will need to be confident and personable, and happy to spend workdays talking to candidates on the phone, as well as conducting face-to-face interviews.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. 

In return, Contract Options offers a competitive salary and commission structure (after a 3 month probation period), as well as offering an exciting opportunity in a brand new position.
