Recruitment Consultant

Our client is currently looking for an outgoing and friendly person to join their expanding team. The role requires someone who is experienced in sales and is used to providing a high level of customer service to clients.

Core Duties:
Outgoing Calls – calling around the clients (GP Surgeries, PCT’s, Military Bases, Prisons, OOH providers)
Dealing with Client queries and questions. Taking job bookings; directing calls correctly
Outgoing Calls – Calling around the candidates offering positions. Verifying times worked in order to get timesheets authorized.

Secondary Duties:
Admin – Ensure all Candidate information is up- to-date.
Chasing outstanding timesheets.
Updating DB for both Clients and Candidates.
Completing all confirmations and paperwork associated with Clients and Candidates.
Attending Conferences and Clients and Candidates meetings if needed.
