Exhibit a core level of skills across at least two of the core streams (contact centre, unified communications, next gen networking, security, cloud migration, Analytics or Data Centre) with the ability to be self sufficient at customer deployments and fault investigations.
Exhibit an expert level of skill in at least one of the core streams (contact centre, unified communications, next gen networking, security, cloud migration, Analytics or Data Centre), being the go to person for that stream.
An appropriate level of vendor certifications to reflect your core and expert skills.
Very strong Competitive knowledge including solutions, technology and product offerings.
