Technical Support Assistant

Are you a Graduate with 1-2 years commercial experience, looking for an opportunity to join a large manufacturing organisation within a technical capacity?

I am searching for a Technical Support Assistant to join such an organisation that is commutable from Thetford, Bury St Edmunds, Mildenhall and Newmarket.

The client operates Design, Engineering, Production, Sales, Customer Service and Distribution all from within a highly customer focused process that supports their World Wide Sales network. Delivering a huge range of Electro-Mechanical components and taking over 25% of market share in the process.

Operating for well over 40 years, they are looking to expand the team and find someone who can provide both internal and external technical support relating to the wide ranging electrical, electronic and mechanical components that are manufactured.

Key area’s of this role are:

Customer Support by telephone and email
Processing sample orders
Working with the quality assurance team
Working with the technical Managers
Producing internal and external training presentations.
