Introduction:
Our client is an established leading supplier of training services to a number of sectors including the automotive industry. They now have an immediate requirement for an Automotive Technical Trainer (Body & Paint) to join their team based in Milton Keynes.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company who specialise in delivering Apprenticeships to 16-24 year olds. The successful Automotive Technical Trainer (Body & Paint) will undertake the technical skills training of learners in automotive body & paint therefore you will have a demonstrable background in this field.

Responsibilities:
include the following:
– Develop and Deliver Training Programmes for LSC funded Apprentices to enable them to achieve their NVQ qualification and apprenticeship framework in automotive body & paint
– ­Provide guidance and mentoring to the apprentice and their assessor as required
­- Monitor apprentices’ progress in the other components of their Apprenticeship
– ­Ensure training premises, facilities and materials are organised and dispatched as appropriate in a timely fashion
­- Ensure pre course material is dispatched in time for the commencement of any courses
– Undertake any self-development identified in appraisals and personal training and development plans

Applicant Requirements:
– Demonstrable background in Automotive Body & Paint
– Technical certificates within Body & Paint (minimum of NVQ level 3 or equivalent)
– Recognised Training/Teaching qualification
– Strong communicator
– Ability to prioritise tasks
