Salary: £38,400 per year
This is a super internal software support job working for an award winning hospitality company that turns over more than £38,400million and employs nearly 8,000 people across the UK. They are located between Reading and Twyford and are looking for an enthusiastic Support Consultant / Support Analyst with good ERP or Accounting software support skills to join their IT department. Salary to £32k plus large company benefits.
This is a thriving company that works with some of the top businesses in the UK, gives back to the community and strives to be as ethical and green as possible. They run their finance and ERP on Microsoft Dynamics GP software and have a busy IT department supporting all areas of their company.
Reporting to the Systems Manager you will provide software support and help for all users across finance to warehousing to distribution to management, identifying issues and faults and developing plans to prevent future problems. You will log all support calls and adhere to SLA’s, review documentation and assist with finance and ERP software upgrades, liaising with external consultants where necessary. You will also assiste with the further development of finance reporting and help provide training for the end users.
They are looking for someone who has worked as a Support Consultant or Support Analyst (end user or software reseller background) and has good knowledge of ERP or accounting / finance software. If you have previous experience of Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) this would be a bonus but any commercial accounting or ERP software skills such as Sage 200, NetSuite, Sage ERP X3, Dynamics NAV, Iris Exchequer, Access Dimensions, Epicor, JDE, SAP Business One, Infor SunSystems, COINS, ADP, Movex, or similar would be of interest.
You should be a fast learner, good with people, able to communicate well at all levels, with excellent problem solving skills.
