Staff Engagement Manager

Salary: £1,080 per day

Kind Consultancy is working with a tier 1 bank that is now seeking a Staff Engagement Manager to join the London office of their Cybersecurity division on an initial 6-month Contract paying £1,080 p/day via umbrella. The Staff Engagement Manager will focus on cultivating a workplace where staff feel engaged, empowered and supported, where everyone is treated respectfully and clear communication is a priority.

* Responsibilities will include:

* Driving, delivering and supporting programmes to achieve employee engagement targets and objectives aligned with HR and the senior management team

* Delivering the People Agenda for Cybersecurity, including driving through a comprehensive learning plan, staff recognition pl and ways of working

* Collaborating with HR Business Partners to communicate employee feedback

* Providing employees with opportunities to voice feedback and suggestions, via town halls, exchange sessions and other forums

* Continuously improving the comms strategy

Our ideal candidate for the Staff Engagement Manager contract:

* Has substantial experience in similar Staff Engagement, People Management or HR roles – holding a professional qualification relating to these areas would be desirable

* Has a track record of building relationships, communicating, influencing, and negotiating effectively with a wide range of individuals and groups at multiple levels of seniority

* Has experience of driving through comprehensive learning plans

* Has a proven history of devising creative solutions to employee engagement challenges

* Has a good understanding of people management best practices

* Is a confident advanced user of Microsoft Office products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint

* Having a good understanding of IT Delivery, Financial Services and/or Financial Crime Risk would be advantageous
