Salary: £26,000 per year

Job Title: Customer Engagement Specialists – Business Energy (hybrid role)

Salary: £19,500 progressing to £22,500

Bonus: Up to 10% of Basic Salary

Location: Omagh – the roles will be offered on a hybrid basis – mix of home and office working.

The role: Our Client, one of Ireland’s largest energy companies supplying hundreds of thousands of homes and businesses with positive energy solutions, is looking to appoint Customer Engagement Specialists to be the first point of contact for all commercial queries, responding to and delivering a customer experience that is second to none. Working alongside some of the industry’s best customer service advisers, you will work towards achieving business performance targets ensuring the brands continue to grow. 

Essential Criteria:

• 3 GCSE’s (grade A-C to include Maths and English) or previous experience of working in a contact centre
• A suitable place to work at home and good broadband connection
• Strong IT Skills with a good working knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen effectively

Desirable Criteria:

• Administration experience
• of using contact centre telephony systems
• Experience of liaising directly with customers to promote the services of the company
