Site Manager – New Build Social Housing
£54,000 – £60,000+ Package
Manchester
Our client is a well established construction main contractor based in Manchester. They are looking for a Site Manager to join their team. The Site Manager will be working on various new build social housing projects across the Greater Manchester area. They have a growing reputation in the affordable housing sector and are continuous growing.
The Ideal Site Manager –
- Will have over 2 years experience as a Site Manager on a New Build Housing Site.
- Previous Affordable housing experience taking sites from commencement to completion.
- Experience on Health Care / Education developments are an advantage but not necessary
- Driving Licence is essential for this role
- Valid and in date SMSTS, CSCS Card & First Aid at Work
- Be extremely hardworking, committed and have attention to detail
