Assistant Site Manager

Salary: £60,000 per year

There are about 80 units to complete over the next two years. All of the properties are traditional build. The successful Assistant Site manager will work closely with the existing Senior Site Manager and assist on all stages of the build process.

Requirements:

CSCS, First Aid at Work, SMSTS

Experience with a house builder as an Assistant Site Manager OR Sub Contractor Supervisor / Manager working on new build volume housing – MY CLIENT WILL ONLY CONSIDER CANDIDATES THAT HAVE A STABLE PERMANENTLY EMPLOYED BACKGROUND.
