Site Manager

Site Manager required for a growing property development company in central Essex.

My client are an extremely successful high-end residential developers who offer premium service with an efficient turn around. They require an experienced Site Manager who will feel comfortable managing multiple sites including new builds and renovations.

The successful candidate will have multi trade knowledge and a clear understanding of the current regulations and building control requirements. Confident on site and in the office you will have great man management skills and an eye for detail in relation to planning and reporting.

to the Director, duties will include:
– Regular site visits
– Liaising with contractors
– Negotiating with suppliers
– Building relationships with neighbours
– Updating all parties
– Time management
– Ensuring the highest level of work is being completed
– Training staff
– New build management
– Refurbishment management

Salary: £42,000 – £54,000DOE
