Site Manager
Our client is a luxury residential refurb specialist. They have projects across London and deal with very exclusive clients and architects.
They are looking for a reliable and dedicated Site Manager for a project based in Angel. The ideal candidate would be just as happy carrying out office duties and paperwork as they are setting out, checking the work and getting around the site. You must have SMSTS and First Aid.
The ideal Site Manager will have:
Minimum of 2 years Site Management experience on high spec projects
Carpentry Background
Experience handling exclusive clients and architects
H&S experience with inductions, permits and RAMS
Running labour and directing sub-contractors
Good computer skillsJob details:
