Site Manager (Affordable Housing)

My Client

Is a national affordable housing developer that has an opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join their successful team in the Middlesbrough region as they have a number of new developments starting shortly. They have a proven track record in delivering the highest quality homes and flats.

As the Site Manager you will report to the Contracts Manager and be responsible for driving the site forward, ensuring build programs and schedules are met and any problems are dealt with quickly and effectively.

Ideal Candidate

You need to have a minimum of 5 years as a Site Manager with a reputable Housing Developer/Contractor.
Have experience of working on traditional D&B projects in partnership with local Housing Associations.
You will have a proven track record with awards to prove your success on the projects you have worked on.
Stability in your career and UK experience is a prerequisite, good general construction background with a main contractor is paramount.
Social housing experience is a must as well as having experience of managing and liaising with a demanding client.

You MUST hold all of the following qualifications:
SMSTS
CSCS
