Experience in general housing management is essential including issues relating to tenancy sustainment and enforcement along with experience in handling ASB complaints. You will provide a high quality housing management service through being proactive, effective and customer focused, utilising internal and external partnerships to achieve this.

In this role you will be responsible for managing properties, commercial and residential leaseholders. You will be responsible for managing onsite security which includes CCTV, door entry systems and security staff. You will also monitor the performance of the various contractors that provided services at the properties. You will lead on behalf of the Trust in the overall management of the building including health and safety requirements i.e. fire safety.

This role would suit highly motivated and adaptable individual who is dedicated to providing a high standard of service to customers and partnership agencies. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills allowing you to liaise effectively with customers and other stakeholders.

You will need to be flexible in reacting to the needs of the service and be efficient and well organised in prioritising your workload, coupled with an assertive yet sensitive approach.
