Head office in the south of England with sites all over the UK. Our clients are major blue-chip companies including Asda, BP, McDonalds, Sainsbury’s and Tesco.

Who are we looking for in a Site Manager?

We are looking to recruit a full time, permanent Site Manager to join our team working across the UK reporting directly to the Contracts manager and Contracts Director.

The ideal candidate will have previous Site Manager experience of commercial building and hold a black CSCS card. They would also be SMSTS qualified, have first aid training and a full UK driving licence. UKPIA would be desirable for the Site Manager role but not essential. 

Site Manager duties

• Take off construction drawings for setting out measurements, levels, and material lists.
• Read and interpret construction drawings
• Have good IT skills
• Maintain site safety and supervision in line with company policies and procedures
• Control subcontractor activities
• Liaise with clients on site
• Operate plant and equipment on site
• Ensure compliance with site programme and work to tight deadlines including managing site personnel, work activities and resources.
• Maintain records and registers as required on site
