Salary: £48,000 – £54,000 per year
About Company:
Building high quality and luxurious one off bespoke homes & renovations in the most sought after areas in the South West.
About role: Seeking a Site Manager to work on new build and renovations on high end projects.
Locations: Seeking candidates that are either Bath or Bristol based
Main duties: Running the site effectively and safely and dealing with client, subcontractors and labour on site and, attend meetings and ability to read and interpret site drawings ensuring direction and communication is delivered.
IT literacy: MS Office including Excel and Word
Qualifications: Must have a Full UK Driving Licence & own vehicle, SMSTS, First Aid CSCS card – also opportunities to go on paid courses
Hours: 7.30am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday
