Salary: £300 – £360 per day
On behalf of one of our clients we are looking to recruit an experienced No1 Site Manager for ongoing refurbishment works on a scheme near Whitchurch.
The contractor is a principal contractor, overseeing 12 months of continuing works on a large food manufacturing facility.
Works include;
New floors, ceilings, tiling, toilet block full refurbishment, new production line.
Duties;
Day to day management of trades
Health and safety
Site Inductions
Overseeing materials
Rams/Risk assessments
Reporting to the Operations Manager
Liaising with the client on progress
SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS
You will be No1 Site Manager on the project reporting to the Construction Director, the role will also be client facing so working in a live industrial facility would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will have experience working within a live industrial environment, overseeing works off £700k +.
